About the Position
Title : Program Manager

Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for managing significant cross-functional projects for Company. He/she is responsible for managing projects through the entire project lifecycle including project definition, project planning, execution and control, and project closeout. He/she will manage the activities of project personnel to ensure that project milestones and completion
dates are met. This position will be responsible for delivering high quality and cost effective project management, management consulting, and analytic support services
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain project management activities associated with assigned projects. Responsible for ensuring all key aspects and features of project designs are effectively implemented. Determine project requirements for resolution of business issues and changes
affecting the design of the project
Maintain budget responsibility for each assigned project.
Ensure that requirements are addressed and/or incorporated into the project and are part of the ensuing process solution. Support the business strategy requirements for all project implementations. Deliver regular project status and achievement information to the appropriate management.
•Manages multiple projects simultaneously and serves as key player on components of larger project initiatives.
•Creates detailed project plans and time lines for key deliverables; own all deliverables and their targeted implementation timeliness.
•Identifies key business issues and develops appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives designed to address them.
•Compiles and interprets quantitative/qualitative analyses.
•Determines goals and priorities with management team sponsors.
•Establishes team membership and negotiates time commitments and resources. • Manages activities of project team to ensure project adheres to milestones and completion dates.
•Monitors and reports on implementation plans proposing corrective action(s) as necessary.
•Responsible for project team communication through integration and dissemination of information from all areas.
•Acts as a central coordinator for cross functional project team.
•Interfaces regularly with senior management to produce timely and valuable results.
•Manage projects using a team-based approach.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years project management experience
• Undergraduate degree required
• PMI certification (PMP) required or proven ability to obtain within 6 months
• Demonstrated experience in managing large scale projects and influencing,driving and managing organizational change
• Strong knowledge of MS tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
• Experience managing and/or deploying new product developed solutions in a
manufacturing environment
