Experience: 5-7 Years
Job Location: Pune
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical)

Work Experience:
. 5~7 Years of experience in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Part modeling, Assembly and creating Drawing using CAD tools.
. Preferably with following requirements.
. Strong knowledge in Tractor Hydraulic system and components.
. Strong knowledge in Tractor attachments and usage.
. Knowledge in Automation Studio (Hydraulic design software)
. Strong knowledge in Pro-E modelling and assembly
. Strong knowledge in GD&T
. Manufacturing knowledge in sand cast and aluminum die cast
. Analyze failure modes and provide solutions for product improvement
. Strong in Basic Engineering Calculations Technical Skills
. Able to generate alternate design concepts withing design goals.
. Basics knowledge in Kinematics
. Knowledge in designing Casting, Pipe routing and small facbrications
. Knowledge in material standards and engineering practices
. knowledge in cost and quality improvement
. Able to communicate in English well both in Written and Spoken
. Able to contribute individually / work in team / support team based on organizational requirement
. Proficiency in Pro-E * Proficiency in Casting, Routing and Sheetmetal
. PDMLink / Windchill
. Able to generate different concepts and to conduct design reviews
. Relevant Industrial Experience (Preferable from Tractor industries like TAFE, etc)

Qualification: B Tech in Automobile / Mechanical / production branch
Position: Design Engineer – Pro E & Hydraulics

Job Description:
1. Learns and applies Sprayer engineering practices and standards in hydraulic domain activities .
2. Analyses data provided from senior engineers, compiles, calculates and reports findings to support senior engineers to accomplish hydraulic project deliverables.
3. Also supports evaluation of design solutions applying engineering basic principles.
4. Analysis PV & V data and suggest / supports on design fixes.

Qualifications
1. Should have completed his B Tech in Automobile / Mechanical / production branch.
2. Expected to have 2- 3 years of experience, preferably with service organization.
3. Has general understanding of hydraulics circuits and symbols .
4. Skilled in using Pro E .Should have excellent Pro E experience on drafting, assembly, routing.
5. Has knowledge of engineering principles and should be able to apply basic engineer principles of day to day problems.
6. Should have general understanding of test procedures .
7. Should be able to read drawings and hydraulics circuit.
8. Should have good mechanical engineering basics.
