Openings for Sr Mgr/DGM Sale @ Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development plan 
Implement business development plans with help of the internal team
Establish, develop and maintain relationship partners / affiliates
Work with Sales and Marketing to improve customer acquisition and retention
Provide product management with market requirements and opportunities
Work with the VP to understand and deliver on internal business requirements
Develop, manage and motivate and retain internal team members / dept staff
Help in effective marketing communications
Analyze suppliers and manage relations to negotiate favorable contracts
Support sales by providing a consultative sales methodology
Work with the internal team to facilitate business planning and reporting
Develop a strategic decision making and governance process
Research vendors and assist in vendor selection and project implementation
Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with adequate infrastructure & processes to support growth


Background and Skill:

College undergraduate technical degree with advanced degree in business, or equivalent work experience.
Strategic marketing/selling orientation
8 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 5 years business development experience with demonstrated successful track record. Selling to public sector companies (PSU) experience preferred but not required
Must have knowledge of and experience in applying Value Selling techniques.
Exceptional communication skills required.
Must be capable of building trust and rapport with people within the customer and the organization.
