Hi,

We have opening with one of our Client for Layout Engineer.

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 8 years

Position : IO Layout Engineer
Good understanding of CMOS digital layout techniques.
Hands on experience in digital CMOS IO layout design.
Should have worked in 45nm and below process technologies and should have good understanding of DFM.
Should have understanding of IO circuits – GPIOs, LVDS and DDR.
Should have understanding of Latch-up / ESD / Antenna / EM effects.
Hands on experience in layout design and verification tools – Cadence, Mentor and Synopsys.
Hands on experience in debugging DRC, LVS, ERC issues independently.
Experience in scripting in Perl and Skill to develop scripts for automation is preferred.
