Must be good with Object oriented design concepts.
Must be good with Programming Skills.

Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
Overall Experience: 6 - 9 years or equivalent experience in Application Development.
Minimum 3 years experience with Ruby on Rails in a hands-on development role.
Minimum 3 years experience with any RDBMS.
