* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

* 8+ years of design, development experience, predominantly in Java/J2EE domain

* 2+ years of Management experience

* Exceptional design and communication skills

* Good soft skills and people management capability

Desired Qualifications

* Experience in building web applications for e-commerce

* Exposure to HTTP/S, TCP/IP protocols.

* Experience with User Interface design.
