Key Responsibilities: 

Lead a team of approx. 6 engineers for SOC verification.
Execute the test plan.
Interact with customers to understand their requirements, estimate effort, identify issues early, etc.
Work on-site / travel, as and when required.
Mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:
Technical: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in
Verilog
System Verilog
Methodology (OVM-VMM)
High Speed Serial / Parallel Protocols: AHB/AXI/PCI and Ethernet, PCIe, USB
Memory Technology DDR, NAND & Chip Level Verification

Should be having experience with project management .
