Job Description:

Position  : Sales Manager
Experience: 1-4 yrs

Skills/Experience : 


 * Candidate should have experience in Equities, Commodities, trading accounts.

 * Responsibilities involves Tele calling the customers ( minimum of 30 calls per day), Fixing appointments, Minimum 3 face to face meetings per day, Preparing daily sales report, Selling all financial services & products to the customer, Revenue generation of a minimum 3times of the CTC, complying with company rules and regulations.

* Managing a team of relationship managers, tracking daily sales reports of the team, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve the set targets thru training & joint calls, ensuring the profitability of the territory, Achieving the set topline and revenue target of the territory, carry a self revenue target of 2 times of the CTC, customer complaints/escalations, liaison with the principles & corporate office, managing overall compliance of the territory.
