 Experience
  • Minimum of overall 4-6 years experience with a minimum of 2 years hands on experience in designing and developing crystal reports 2008.
 Technical skills
Primary Qualifications
  • Knowledge of essential Software Engineering principles, project development and delivery experience of a few good sized projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and development of crystal reports 2008.
  • Sound knowledge of
    • Universes.
    • Sub reports.
    • Web reports.
    • Desktop reports.
    • List of values.
  • Sound knowledge of BOXI Administration
    • Deployment of BOXI reports – manually and through wizard.
    • Management of BOXI SQL server.
    • Management of SIA services.
    • Knowledge of CMC.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle / Sybase)
    • Hands-on experience in developing / maintaining SQL statements (DML/DDL)
    • Stored procedures.
  • Strong debugging skills.
Secondary Qualifications
  • Good Operating Systems knowledge and associated commands (UNIX [AIX/Solaris], MS Windows).
  • Exposure to Source Control Tools such as ClearCase.
·         Hands on experience in developing / maintaining Shell Scripts
·         Working knowledge in MS Tools - MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet Explorer, MS-Project, MS Power Point.
Business / Interpersonal Skills
  • Exposure to Finance domain, particularly Mutual Funds business.
  • Ability to apply new skills / additional information acquired in relation to role
  • Ability to interact with Solution Architects and Business Analyst.
  • Ability to prioritise own activities, work under hard deadlines
  • Team player with commitment to achieve team goals
  • Motivated, flexible and with a ‘can do’ approach
