* should have worked in multiple projects especially in banking domain.
* should have worked with business requirements and experience in interaction with clients is required
* should have very good knowledge and experience on PL1 and Db2 ( minimum 2 yrs of experience in PL1 and Db2)
* should have very good analytical skills
* should have very good communication skills
* should have good quality process knowledge
