Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of Western region Design revenue targets.
- Responsible for development of Core Market segment and new customer acquisition in this segment
- Responsible for motivating, driving and working collaboratively with distributors
- Responsible for developing a strategic business plan for West region
- Responsible for building strong relationships with customers at higher levels
- Responsible for working with FAEs for developing sustainable opportunity pipeline in MNC and Core market accounts
- Responsible for providing strategic business intelligence feedback to HQ and developing account plans

Qualification and skill sets

1. 5-8 years of experience preferably with a semiconductor manufacturer
2. Excellent skill in Communications, building relationships, making cold calls
3. High leadership skills and must be a team player
4. Must be willing to work in a SOHO
5. Needs high level of motivation and self drive
6. Needs to be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferably)
