Qualifications : • MS w/ 8-10 years or BS w/ 10-15 years of software engineering experience

Description : • MS w/ 8-10 years or BS w/ 10-15 years of software engineering experience

• Must have at least 4 years of engineering management experience

• Must have a proven track record of delivering high quality products

• Experience in Windows based 802.11 (WiFi) and Bluetooth software development is required

• Experience in NDIS device driver design and development is a plus

• Detailed knowledge of various hardware bus interfaces (E.g. PCI-Express, USB, SDIO, etc.)

• 5 years of project management and people management experience is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills

• Proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues and risks

• Good team-building skills

• Proven track record on bringing successful products to market
