Detailed Description of the Job Profile : This person will be leading a team of junior engineers. He will be involved in recruiting, training these engineers. He will be responsible for visiting customer site, understanding customer requirements as lead for technical/business presentation and will be involved in creating proposals. Needs to visit customer site to start the project and during execution. He will be responsible for successful delivery to customers.
Technical Skill [Required ] : Minimum 2+ Experience in SV-OVM/UVM/Specman is must.
a)Full Chip verification of a SOC or a non-SOC in a product company, or as a contractor
b) Start to End Responsibility for verification of a “standard PHY based Interface module” or a “ASIC module” in a product company or as a contractor.
c) Start to End Responsibility for verification of a block in a product company or as a contractor.
C) Qualification -- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering field.
D) Desirable experience: in networking, product company, and full chip product verification.
E) Desirable skills (in order of preference, decreasing right to left, top to bottom):
a) Higher-level Verification Languages: e-specman, systemc, vera, SystemVerilog
b) Specialized libraries: AVM, OVM, RVM, VMM
c) Specialized languages: SVA, SV Constrained Randomization, SV Functional Coverage bins
b) Design Languages: Verilog, VHDL
c) Scripting: python, Tcl, bash, csh, Perl, ruby
d) General Purpose languages: C, C++.
F) Domain knowledge:
a. Network Processors functions: TCP, IPv4, IPv6, VLAN, packet classification, Firewall, TCP offload, traffic shaping, QoS, Load Balancing, Switching, Routing,
b. Standardized Interfaces: I2C , GPIO, Ethernet (RGMII, SGMII), SATA (3.0), USB (2.0, 3.0), DDR2, DDR3, hypertransport, Serdes, PCIe (PCI Express), OTN, switch fabric background.


Soft Skills [Required] :
This job involves Travelling to customer site for a week to 2 months. L1, B1 US VISA is prefered
