Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP PP modules with Team Lead experience
Bachelors Degree or related consulting experience is required. Masters degree is a plus
Must have done at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations on PP modules
Strong process and industry knowledge in Supply Chain Management and/or Automotive and Manufacturing type industries
Provide Configuration Support for Development projects and Production Support Activities for SAP PP and SAP QM modules
Detailed and hands on experience in the following topics (customizing and process):


Production planning and control:

Material Master and Bill of Material
Work Center and Routings
Master Data Upload
Back flushing and COGI Procedure
MRP, MPS, SOP and Simulative MRP
Capacity planning repetitive manufacturing, production with production orders and Kanban
PP integration with MM and CO


Quality management:

Material master
Quality management in the goods receipt area
Inspection plan, Inspection lot, Quality Level and Quality Notification
Master data Upload
QM Integration with MM and WM modules

Good knowledge in SAP PP / QM and SAP Certification are advantageous
Knowledge in the modules SAP MM/WM and SAP APO is desirable
Knowledge in ABAP Programming (User Exit, LSMW and Queries), EDI and SAP Solution Manager is highly desirable
Should have worked in a Global, Multicultural and Multi-Location Organization
Should be willing to travel (< 10%)
Must be well organized with the ability to handle Multiple Assignments and Prioritize appropriately
