Description

Under minimal supervision, required to support electrical components design and Electrical wiring Harness routing with good manufacturing and process knowledge and appropriate GD&T application to JDCP, Augusta (Ag&T platform).


Major Duties
•
Work close with Electrical engineers for Harness routing to meet whole vehicle packaging.
•
Work close with other functional group engineers for space claim and mounting location for harness
•
Participate in Design Reviews, DPAR's and to Conduct DFMEA and DFMA -Develop Innovative and cost effective solutions for Design problems.
•
Needs to work in Pro-Cabling and Sheetmetal


Qualification

•
B.E / B.Tech Mechanical with minimum 4 years of Industrial Experience.


Required Skills
•
Ability to design and deliver with less guidance and peer review
•
Proficiency in Pro-E modules like Modeling, Pro-Cabling, sheetmetal, Large assembly management and Detail drawing. * Process knowledge in Sheetmetal
•
Should perform GD&T on his design with guidance.

Desired Skills

· Should be expert in Pro-Cabling * Knowledge in Capital H harness added advantage
· Ability to design and deliver with less guidance and peer review
· Proficiency in Pro-E modules like Modeling, Pro-Cabling, sheetmetal, Large assembly management and Detail drawing
· Process knowledge in Sheetmetal * Knowledge in GD&T
