Description
Analyze and Support Design Projects. -Design Support to Casting Center of Excellence

Major Duties
•
Design and Develop new concepts for Optimization of castings.
•
Develop detailed drawings for the machined parts.
•
Understand and design the gating and rising systems for suppliers
•
Perform Magma Analysis for solidification and stress.

Qualification
Education
•
Bachelor in Mechanical engineering
Required Skills
•
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in working with Foundry
•
Working knowledge in working with casting components , Adv.surace modeling , Advance part Modeling.
•
Knowledge of commonly used foundry materials and processes used to manufacture products .
•
knowledge of Material properties -Strong Pro Engineer working knowledge
•
Strong Knowledge of Magma Simulations
Desired Skills
•
Knowledge about Tractor and agricultural equipment
