Title: Country Manager
Location: Delhi

Overview
To market and sell an extensive range of mobile and static crushing, screening, washing and recycling equipment via our distribution and sales network, throughout India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.

Responsibilities:

•To develop, implement and improve sales and marketing strategies for existing dealers, and service existing customers within assigned territory and region.
•To identify, develop, foster and grow new dealers within your territory and to service existing customers within assigned territory.
•To manage discount levels and strive to improve company margin.
•To establish sales forecasts and secure sales orders according to agreed targets.
•To carry out ongoing research of local market and business activity and identify new opportunities for current and future products.
•To educate customers on products, services, warranties and technical support.
•To ensure customers have access to engineers, field service and other team members as necessary.
•To implement regular local submission of market data via MARS and in line with agreed targets.
•To receive feedback on existing products and services, as well as changes, enhancements and new products and convey information to engineering and marketing team members for research and consideration.
•To be involved and provide parts and aftermarket support.
•To regularly attend machine sites, coordinate issues and facilitate engineers.
•To have responsibility for service personnel who may be employed in the territories in due course.
•To control business expenses per agreed budget.
•To manage receivables regarding dealers and credit control in general.
•To attend trade shows, dealer conferences, and exhibitions and play an active part in marketing activities as appropriate.
•To ensure compliance with Our Client and local laws and advise Our Client Finlay of any contradictions with company policies and good business practices.
•To carry out any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.


General:

* To maintain compliance to all Health and Safety Regulations at all times.


Qualifications:

•10+ years country roll experience
•Undergraduate degree required
•Demonstrated experience in managing large scale projects and influencing, driving and managing organizational change
•Strong knowledge of MS tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
•Experience managing and/or deploying new product developed solutions in a manufacturing environment
