ResponsibilitiesCandidate should have solid technical and functional knowledge on the HRMS module. Maintain a Software Development Life Cycle framework while providing significant contributions in design and deliverable definition.Design and execute on deliverables after being presented with business requirements. Prepare technical/functional requirements.Peer review technical designs to confirm business requirements have been met.Prepare appropriate documentation regarding Unit and System tests as well as any other Sarbanes-Oxley related evidence.Communicate project status and issues to engineering manager/project manager.Experience working in a service environment; providing direct support for the software and systems you develop.
Qualifications:Basic QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceOverall Experience: 2-5 years or equivalent experienceRequired: Direct development experience in Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 or later.Required: 2+ years experience in Oracle E-Business development and Oracle database development for Unix. Required: Experience working with Web ADI to load/download HR data.Experience developing extensions and customizations using OA Framework.Required: Experience working with HRMS APIs.Experience designing and implementing highly transactional systems efficiently and effectively. Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.Must have working knowledge on maintaining and creating views for the ADP application.Must be fully conversant with all objects in the HRMS schema and the relationships between them and should be able to map HRMS business processes to the underlying tables. Will be working closely with the data warehouse to provide solution for HRMS information requirements requested of the data warehouse group.
